Inspired by Sébastien Le Prestre de Vauban, a French military engineer famous for his fortifications, Vooban embodies strategy, ingenuity and protection. By slightly modifying the name to add two “O ”s, Vooban has become a brand that today symbolizes high standards, performance and well-being.

    Vooban is expanding into Ontario and opening a new office in downtown Toronto.

  • 2024

    Vooban acquires Stratéjia, a well-known company in the field of business intelligence.

  • 2023

    The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) has become the very first investor in Vooban’s history, a strategic backing that will accelerate the company’s growth.

  • 2021

    We opened our first office in Montréal—starting in a WeWork, and two years later, establishing a permanent presence in the heart of downtown.

  • 2020

    As it nears its 10th anniversary, Vooban refreshes its entire brand to better reflect its offering.

  • 2017

    We end our consulting services and make a full pivot to project-based delivery. That same year, we launch our AI department.

  • 2016

    We move into Vooban’s current headquarters, still proudly based in Québec City.

  • 2014

    We move into our very first office in Québec City.

  • 2011

    Kevin Moore founds Vooban by hiring two of his former colleagues.
